The machine is widely used in filling/sealing of coconut juice, fruit juice can products etc. The machine has compact structure, stable running and nice appearance.

The machine adopts can bottom collect conveyor, to make stable convey of the production line, PLC control, touch screen operation (Siemens). The filling valve adopts high precision mechanical valve, with fast speed filling, high precision liquid level, to achieve filling with can and non-filling without can. Filling vat support adopts worm gear box fluctuation to meet the different heights cans; there is a liquid level float switch in the filling vat to ensure the smooth of liquid-inlet.

Technical Features and application

1. It is high speed filling,running steady, high quality seaming, convenient to use and maintenance, touch screen operate, frequency control and the distances between liquid level and rim of can are consistent. It is ideal equipment for beverage factories and food plants.

2. With Obvious bigger seaming head, adopt heavy bearing which prolong the seaming cam service, the normal service time could prolong 5 times and more.

3. adopt Twin shafts structure: The first seaming roll and the second seaming roll are separated. can adjust and control the seaming rolls separately.

4. The rotation direction is anticlockwise direction during seaming, the seamed cans leave the seamer automatically as its direction to avoid jam and scratch

5. this machine adopt ordinary filling principle, main electric components are imported famous brand, like “Siemens” PLC, “Delta” frequency converter, “Omron” proximity sensor and “Siemens” analog output etc.

6. can setup the production speed on touch screen. Machine alarms automatically of all common malfunctions and shows the cause and position of malfunction, PLC detects and decides to continue or stop the machine according the level of malfunction.

7. Filling cylinder is arc structure, no dead angle to avoid liquid left. 

8. adopt CIP online clean design to clean.
