Introduction

The machine is mainly used for filling carbonated drink. It combines rinsing and filling and capping as one automatic body suitable for PET or other plastic bottles. The micro-negative pressure filling technology is adopted enabling it to fill more efficiently and more stably with more output than the machine of the same level from others. 

The filling system consists of liquid tank, filling valve, liquid level control inside the tank and open-valve-device, close-valve-device, Clamp-bottle-neck-device and cam device.

The bottle from the rinsing system is handed by the bottle-sweeping-wheel to the Clamp-bottle-neck-device of the filling system. Accompanying the clockwise rotating seat the bottle on the clamp-bottle-neck-device is escalated by the specific cam shape until the bottle head meets the filling valve seat tightly for the spring pressure of clamp-bottle-neck-device and then the filling starts.

Filling is of four procedures: Open valve for gas-in, Liquid-in and gas-out, Close vale and gas release. The filling valve employs the equal pressure principle and the devices for opening-valve, closing-valve and gas-release are all mechanical physical-touch devices.

The complete machine consists of 6 parts as following:

Washing system: it consists of washing gripping dial, water diversion pan and flume.

Filling system: it consists of hydraulic cylinder, filling valve, control ring and lift air cylinder.

Capping system: it consists of screw capper, cap aligner and cap sliding guide rail

Power system: it adopts gear centralized drive model, which is consists of main motor and gear pairs.

Conveying system: it consists of guide table, thumb wheel and conveyor chain.

Electrical control system: it adopts frequency speed control, PLC control automatically and touch screen operation.

Features:

1. From driving end to driven ones the driving system includes main motor, belt system and worm reducer, gears system which drives many parts. The running speed can be accelerated or decelerated by operating on the touch-screen, but the highest speed shall not exceed the rated value by 20%. For new machine the speed should be set at about 80% of the rated value in the initial 10 days.

2. Bottle-loading system, Air channel is required complying with the rule that suspending bottles can move smoothly along the channel and the gap between rails should be about 1mm wider than the diameter of bottle neck. The adjustments are listed as follows: 

1) Loose the bolts fixed bellow air channel; 

2) Adjust the stainless slats to meet requirements;

3) Ensure the width of gap along the channel is constant;

4) Tighten the bolts.    

3. It can carry out washing bottle, carbonated filling and capping of one machine. The whole machine designing is reasonable. The appearance is beautiful and the maintenance is convenient.

4. It adopts hanging type conveying-bottle structure to make changing bottle model more convenient, faster and easier. 

5. The main machine adopts advanced PLC control technology. The key electric elements are adopting international famous products.
