Technical Features and application :

1. Auto decapping procedures:

Empty barrels are conveyed and get checked by counting sensor, the front stop cylinder stops the barrels on conveyor. Decapping cylinder falls to catch the cap and cap-catching cylinder tights the cap, then decapping cylinder work upward. Several seconds later after 2 dacapping cylinders are in working state, cap-catching cylinders fall to release caps. At the same time, cap blowing electromagnetic valve starts to blow caps into cap container. Decapped barrels are delivered out the decapping machine.

2. Rotary outer washer procedures:

Empty barrels are delivered to 6 rotary out washing seats, then speed regulator drives center brusher and water pump works to spray 4 rows spraying pipe fixed at exit of the barrel guiding cam will re-spray and wash again.

3. Auto barrel up-loading and rinsing procedures:

When 6 barrels checked by counting sensor after clean barrels are transferred to barrel up-loading system, the cylinder works to stop barrels up-loading. The pushing cylinder reset after pushing barrel into tilting shelf, and tilting cylinder upturns barrels to horizontal level, then barrel entering cylinder pushes the barrels into cask pallets and reset. Rinsing axis cylinder works to make barrels downsize, up-loading and tilting cylinder reset and up-loading and stopping cylinder reset to continue the next recycle.

Empty barrels are made upside down and get rinsed. The rinsing procedures include 6 rows and 10 steps: 1: drying; 2,: reuse water rinsing; 3,4,5,: sterilizing rinsing; 6: drying; 7: reuse water inner and out rinsing; 8: warm water inner rinsing; 9: pure water inner rinsing; 18: drying. (Adjustable as demand)

Rinsed barrels are turned 45oC by tilting cylinder and then slipped out through sideway, then upturned 45oC by pushing cylinder and delivered to the filling &capping machine.

4. Auto filling, capping procedures:

Barrel are delivered by enclosed conveyor to rotary filling seats and then guided to filling turntable by guiding wheel. Filling finishes after a circle and then barrels will be guided by guiding wheel to conveyor to get capped. After all finished, barrels enter post-packaging procedures.
